I don't want to say that studios purposely put crappy movies on hulu.com...
But Howard the Duck is on there. And it's rated three and a half stars.

Some of the worst movies of the late 20th century came out when I was at my least critical stage of life (ie. 10 or 11 years old). I remember being quite entertained by "Howard the Duck," and I also recall not understanding why everyone hated "Ishtar" so much.
